I have no comments for improvements however, I wanted to say a Massive Thankyou to all who work at Athenas as we came for a Hen du for my Cousin, and a Greek Belly Dancer was provided for everyone's entertainment. There was 7 in our party and all ate from the Meze menu.The table was decorated with lovely Hen party balloons and the staff where great in making sure everyone was catered for. My Nan cannot have Gluton due to Celiac and the Chef personally came out and explained through all the food and made special Extra food that she was able to eat at ease. A GREAT service from all.The Dancer got everyone dancing and made it fun for all, even danced for about 30 seconds outside in the rain!!A great place for any occasion, superb food, lovely and hot and plenty to tuck into. Thankyou for making it a great night for my cousin an our party and we will definatly come back again for another Greek Night!

I went to Athenas Greek Restaurant in Hoylake with my partner and my son last night, 8 February 2013. The food is delicious and traditional Greek Fayre. There is something for everyone and we struggled to choose which of the tempting dishes to finally have. We have been to the Greek Islands many times and sitting in Athenas brought back happy memories. If you like good quality Greek food you must come to Athenas in Hoylake

Went to Athenas on Sunday 15/05/11 for my daughters 16th birthday. We had the 2 course early evening menu for £10-95. Fantastic value,well cooked ,tasty and very generous portions. Came out full to bursting.The staff are attentive and happy to make recommendations.Do yourself a favour and give this place a try you wont be disappointed
