After my recommendation in 2006 my wife and I have been to Troy Restaurant ( Now called "Mario's", same owner ) about twenty times. The food is still high standard, the service is friendly and could'nt be faulted. The place has been re-furbished and is even better than before. Last Saturday night there wasn't many people in when it should have been full, so come on people of Fleetwood and the Blackpool area, don't miss out on this little gem, use it or lose it. Very welcoming setting. Excellent layout and personal service. Good standard of Italian menu, with full range of starters, main and desserts. Very detailed wine, beers and beverages list too. Reasonable prices, but slightly let down by not accepting credit or debit cards. Cash only. Experience:- Very pleasant evening, in suitable surroundings, along with great service and excellent authentic italian dishes. 7/10

i would not recommend this place as on my recent visit i found hairs in my food and the service was very disappointing the waitresses stare at you while you are eating and got our drinks wrong on several occasions, beer was flat if you ask for a coke tell them u want the can as they make you pay for the full can but only give you half and save the rest for the next customer. The food was dry and tasted like microwave food and had skin on the top. there were 10 of us in a group and we were very disappointed that we could not have wot we wanted, 6 of us ordered steak but only 4 of us could have it as there was not enough, this would of been fine later on but as they had only just opened we were appalled. overall i would tell everybody not to eat here!!

We visited Troy based on recommendations here and were not disappointed! The early bird menu is excellent value at 9.95. Like most special offer menus it is limited to a choice of 5 or 6 items for each course, but you can't go far wrong with what is on offer. Good sized portions too! The Pollo A La Creama was perfect, and the Tiramasu was awesome.

I can not recommend this Ristorante enough. Having worked as a chef myself in high standard hotels, I KNOW Troy could charge double the price per plate they are doing, and I would not bat an eyelid at paying it. This is a place my partner and I will make a regular visit to.

I came across this restaurant while shopping at the new supermarket facing; we booked a table for two for Saturday night. The service was friendly and professional, as my son is a head chef and his wife is Italian I now about good food and this was excellent. I had the Filleto Diane and my wife had the spaghetti with meatballs and we couldn? fault anything. We enjoyed the meal that much that we booked a table for next Sunday night and can't wait to take my son and his wife there.

This is a hidden gem! Lots of room, so you don't feel too close to the next table. spotlessly clean. Massive menu. Authentic, Italian food. Can recommend the carbonara and vitello saltimbocca! Polite, friendly staff. can't wait to re-visit!
