What an amazing culinary delight!! 3* hotel with Michelin quality food and service! The standard of the food was a sheer joy to behold! With an excellent seafront location.

Stayed at the carousel hotel for a midweek break, the hotel is better than the 3 star rating that it has. Had dinner in restaurant 21 every night and the quality and variety of the food on the menu was excellent, the service was first class. i would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality dining in the area, you wont be disappointed.

Being blackpool based we tend to stay away from the Promenade at peak holiday times but decided to try the Carousel on the spur of the moment on August Bank Holiday Monday. Not only were we surprised at the quality of the food but the service and staff were all helpful and friendly. This is a venue that you should try. The 4 course meal at £19.95 although small in choice does change daily and was good value. We will be trying the Carousel again soon.

We live in Blackpool but had never been to Restaurant 21 before and so decided to go for a meal. I have to say that the food was excellent, we ordered the a la carte 4 course meal. I had the chicken, which was cooked so well, very tender and my husband had the steak medallion which was also cooked to perfection. The service was also excellent and the bar was also very good value for money. I'd recommend this hidden gem to anyone, we will definitely return.

Have just returned from weekend in Blackpool, this was our first visit for many years. Stayed at Carousel Hotel, dined in Restaurant 21 for our two night stay. What a suprise, food and service were fantastic, price also excellent. Staff really helpful. Do not miss out on this hidden gem.
