This is the best, if your looking for good food no frills this is it. I have tried to keep quiet about this place for years but the secrets out.Everybody that goes here will always return. The best Lamb curry i have ever tasted. Try the veg samosas, incredible.Take them home they keep you going for days. Also best nan ever. The service is easy and uncomplicated.

Fantastic curry house...forget Rusholme, this is the real deal! Ive been eating here regularly for 15 years, I can't fault it

I eat there at least once a week. I am addicted and so are a number of my colleagues. The garlic naan is only comparable with the small but tasty naans at Shimla.

The lamb is tender, the chicken plentiful, the keema spicy.

Don't have the Rubicon pop though, it's minging.

The biryani on Friday competes with the meatballs on Tuesday for excellence - best to sample both!

What can I say? Awesome! A friend had told me about this place and I was a little reserved on my judgment. Well, what a meal!

I'm not bothered with the ambience malarkey and so this was right up my street. The guy who served me, Marik, was really friendly and, again, the food (the only reason I went in in the first place) was 9.7 put of 10.

Absolutely fantastic.

This place is great, I was introduced by a friend and would maybe not have tried it looking at the exterior of the restaurant, but now I try to get there 3 or 4 times a week, try the Keema potato curry as well as the lamb & chicken tikka. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the Al-Faisal is awesome

The Al-Faisal is more of a cafe than a restaurant, open all day and shuts in the evening. The food is out of this world, I would recommend 2 kebabs for starters, Lamb tikka with a curry sauce & garlic nan. If you make it on a Thursday, try the lamb chop curry !!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome !!
