Darcys Tea Rooms is located in the heart of the classic resort of Southport, Merseyside, in England. It is a quintessentially English Tea Room situated on Eastbank Street, off Lord Street, away from the hustle and bustle.
Darcys has a wide range of quality leaf teas, excellent coffees and unusual soft drinks. For those who enjoy a glass of wine or beer, Darcys also has a table license. The menu offers an excellent choice of hot and cold dishes as well as tea-time traditionals. The emphasis is on home-cooking and freshly prepared food, using only the best local produce, all of which is beautifully presented. There is also a “Dinky Darcys” children’s menu available.
You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome at Darcys and the elegant furniture, original wooden floors, large gilt-framed mirrors and pretty chandeliers create a calm, inviting and relaxing ambience. There are newspapers, scrapbooks, local history books and table games for added interest, and musical entertainment is provided by resident pianists who play at various times.
