Very poor customer service. It was obvious when we walked in with two buggys that children were unwanted. No help was given getting a double buggy through the door and anything the kids did was told off from just walking around the coffee shop to sitting on the window sill. We were even told at one point that we were unwelcome even after buying food and coffee and if we dared complain about the service our lunch would be made a take away! After asking the owner to allow us to eat the lunch we paid for in peace we were told next time we should go to Costa if we were taking children! I can say with certainty that the kids were being quiet and well behaved the whole time.Very unfairly friendly and poor customer service. I would not go back there and would not recommend any one with children to go there.

Visited here today and certainly won't be back. The manager is extremely rude with a terrible attitude. My friend and I visited with our babies and couldn't find an appropriate seat, he had tried to accommodate us to begin with, then when we politely apologised and started to leave as we felt a bit cramped, he started telling us off and embarrassing us in front of the entire cafe. He seemed very defensive about us leaving so clearly must have issues over the amount of business he is receiving. Shame as he has now lost not just our business, but the custom of all the mummy friends we know, who are the main source of income for places like this during the week.
