We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this friendly restaurant in Bath. It was great to see the food being freshly prepared in the open style kitchen. The menu was different, very difficult to choose, which is always a good sign! We chose the crab and salmon cakes which were delicious, served with a surprisingly tangy salsa, a superb spicy chicken which was served with a chilli spiced coleslaw, and our teenagers had very filling pizzas with nicely different toppings. Wine list good too. The staff couldn't have been nicer and we will definitely revisit next time in Bath. Please open one in Truro!!

I dined at Firehouse for the first time last week, when I visited Bath with a friend. We were both really impressed with the excellent food. The restaurant? dishes revolve around a Californian/Pacific South West theme. We decided to try the restaurant? staple dish: the Rotisserie. Our free range chicken was flavoured with herbes de Provence, crispy bacon, lemon and Dijon tarragon aioli. Our side orders of fries and a spicy coleslaw were perfect. In the future, it would be lovely to have a branch of this restaurant open near my home in London - I am having cravings for more of their roast chicken already!

I have heard a lot about this restaurant and was not disappointed when I got there. I had the half chicken with herbed new potatoes, it was delicious. The deserts were also to the same very high standard I would recommend this place to anyone if you want something a little different. The only thing I will say, due to its open plan layout there is a breeze from the windows and doors so wear a jumper!

Went for lunch whilst on business in Bath. The restaurant was very busy with workers and shoppers, it had a great atmosphere and the smell of the basted chickens spit roasting was enough to send my appetite into overdrive. I had chicken and fries and it was excellent. I only wish we had one where I live in Exeter. It would be the busiest restaurant in town.
