I find it very hard to believe you would be sat in the café for 20 mins without somebody taking an order. Regarding the £50 note we have a note detector machine to check all notes and if the right things do not show up , we do not accept them, especially large notes. who in their right mind would. As for the toasties they are one of our biggest sellers and people enjoy them.

Went for our lunch to cafe61 was very dissapointed we had to sit for about 20 minutes before we had to ask someone to take our order. We then had to wait another 20 minutes before our 2 toasted sandwiches came, and they we cold and soggie. When we went to pay for the lunch they then refused to take our £50 note saying it was forged. This was not true as we used it at the tower later that day. We would not recommend the cafe to anyone it was a terrible experience.
