Sprout cafe open!
Neil Minney and Andrea Holden have opened a bistro of their own, concentrating on their own vegetarian ethics with a view to good quality food. Positioned above Mercer's Toy Shop, just down from BBC Radio Lancashire's studios in Blackburn. The Sprout cafe menu is wholesome vegetarian and has been described as, inventive, vibrant and extremely tasty, with big wedges of home-made cakes or scones for elevenses or afternoon tea.
