You are greeted like old friends and treated to excellent, heady cocktails. The food is generous, honest and cooked exceptionally well. The boys will admit that the place is a work in progress, but if it's this good now, what will it be like in six months' time?!

The Old Fashioned really is a beautiful venue, and the Beef Wellington has to be tried to be believed, an excellent cut of beef in a pastry shell with mushrooms, roasties and veg done to perfection and a massive Yorkshire Pudding to round off a truly excellent Sunday Lunch. Ben and Jonathan are excellent, friendly and relaxed hosts.

Amazing food in this recently re-vamped pub! Get your beef wellington carved at your table, share the worlds biggest yorkshire pudding, not forgetting the awesome gravy and crisp roasties and veg. Good selection of cocktails and drinks also and excellent service.
