The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and their was a very warm & relaxed atmosphere. For starters i had ham terrine my sister had tiger prawns and my brother had mushroom medley which we all very much enjoyed although my brother said the mushrooms were very cheesy but fortunately he likes his cheese! for mains we had lamb, steak & venison which were all delicious and finally dessert we had chocolate torte and blueberry pie, we all wished we'd had the chocolate torte the blueberry pie was very bland and tasteless but overall excellent food. We had a bottle of house wine and the bill came to £101 which we thought was very reasonable for the standard of food. We will definitely be returning! bit out the way of the pubs though!
