How this place stays open is anyones guess. There is nothing good at all to say about this place only to avoid it like the plague. The ambiance - tacky painted scenes on the wall, tables set from the style of the 1980's and dull lighting ( i gather this is to disguise the poor food) That brings me to the food, absolutely awful, cheap sauces which form a skin, fillet steak which is butterflied to cook it and then folded over onto the plate to form the thickness???? still unsure why (probably a lack of confidence in the kitchen in how to cook a steak to order) The wine list reads like the wine aisle in Morrisons supermarket and it's only the house red or white which is sold by the glass, a cheap bottle of Hardy's everyday shiraz is charged at a jaw dropping 17.95. I don't think i need to say anything about the service I'm sure you can make your own minds up about it. This place is unprofessional, there's no passion shown by the owner or staff and it should be renamed as 'dick turpins' ITS EXTORTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
