Reform Bar and Restaurant

25 Victoria Street, Liverpool City Centre, L1 6BD - 0151 258 1800

Reform opened in 2010 within a 100-year-old bank building in the heart of Liverpool's business district. The opening has been eagerly anticipated by both discerning business people and shoppers as Reform has bridged the gap between day and night venues. The elegantly reworked interior offers stylish and comfortable surroundings in which to eat and drink. By day it is a buzzy, brasserie-style space where you can take respite from shopping for coffees, teas and light snacks which include gourmet sandwiches, wraps and salads. It is also a popular choice for business lunches. The food here has a definite attention to detail and as much as possible is made in-house from the artisan breads to the desserts and sauces. Everything else is locally sourced and seasonal. You can enjoy well executed gourmet salads and pasta dishes, available as a starter or main, or choose from the main menu featuring contemporary twists on great British classics like fish and hand cut chips, homemade burgers and bangers and mash. For dinner, try a starter of a smoked haddock hash brown with a poached egg and dill butter sauce and a main of pan fried Gressingham duck breast with creamed potato and a strawberry jus. As night falls and the lounge area with VIP booth seating fills, the cocktails are in full swing and the comprehensive wine and Champagne list comes into its own. Resident DJs play music for the discerning ear.
