Fish Hook chef patron Michael Nadra has a culinary track record that takes in Petrus, Chez Bruce, La Trompette and Putney Bidge, to name but a few. Still in his early thirties, he set up on his own in Chiswick in October 2006, taking over what was Fish Hoek, losing the South African influence and creating what has become one of West London's most popular seafood restaurants. Fish Hook is open every day for lunch and dinner serving a Modern European menu with a strong seafood bias. Starters are priced around £8; mains, £16. The light and airy restaurant seats 54 and has been tastefully refurbished with simple wooden tables and cream walls.
