Visited this restaurant for the first time on 5th March 2012. The service was excellent, the food was very tasty and everything was spot on.Will definitely be going back to this restaurant again.

We went to this restaurant last night for the first time, a family party of 6, and were really disappointed. The starters were very good, the onion bhajis and samisas were among the best we had eaten, We then had to wait approx 45 minutes for the main course. The curries were all lukewarm, as though they had been standing for a while before serving. One of the party waited 5 minutes for her sizzling king prawns, which were far from sizzling when they eventually arrived. She complained to the manager and he explained that he could not serve sizzling food as the air conditioning could not cope and people would start coughing??? Why have it on the menu ??They were very frugal with the meat and prawns in the curries, and my Samber tasted like it was thickened with cornflour, very odd. The place was very full and they seemed to be short staffed. It is a very large open space and was very noisy. The manager did give us a reduction on the bill, but we wont be returning.

I recently visited the opening on OneOneSeven. The new look is amazing, starting with the outside - the place now looks the fantastic, inside however looks even better, the colour scheme and the lighting mood is great. The seating plan is fab too because it is not too cramped, you have your own space. Last but not least the food, one word gorgeous. The service was really good, they have new staff and they are well trained. A new bar and a nargila/shisha coming soon! Cannot wait; this is my friends and families new place.
