The best breakfast I've ever had and the mint choc chip milkshake was so refreshing, I'm definitely bringing my boyfriend here to try the rest of the ice cream milkshake flavours.

Hi I visited the camping shop below the cafe then went to the cafe for a drink and snack with my five year old. The place was very large and clean but a little bit dark. Staff very helpful, good service and good portioned food. My son was happy with his packed lunch - good quality branded items - capri drink and Kettle Chips. Lots of choice of coffee's for mums and ice creams for kits. Would recommend, not sure about pram access though, ring first.

This is an excellent place to go in the food desert of Old Trafford. Good food at reasonable prices and friendly service. The ice cream selection is great and tasty. Try the cakes too!

When i visited Bailey Italia, i couldnt believe it existed. It was perfect to take my children to, they had a full range of food, they had everything you could think of. i was surprised how cheap there food and drink was. Overall the coffee shop was perfect and i will definitely be visiting Bailey Italia again
