Broccoli & Stilton soup (v)
A warming winter soup made with fresh cream and served with
crusty bread.
Caribbean Cocktail
Juicy royal Greenland prawns with fresh pineapple pieces in a
cognac and cracked pepper cocktail sauce, served on crisp leaves
with fresh lemon
Salmon Pate
A light and creamy smoked salmon pate made with fresh dill and
green onions, served with ciabatta toasts and wafer thin cucumber
Seasonal Melon
Succulent melon with black cherries in a sweet port reduction
Main Courses
Turkey
Traditional turkey breast with gravy of the roast, served with
sausage meat stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolatas and
cranberry sauce
