Try the Arrabiatta dish, best I've tasted in a long time. Inexperienced staff let down the service side in the "a La Carte restaurant", however the food was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. Food in the pub section is of good quality and large quantities, basic & straight forward no frills meals, excellent value. Now under new management, we will have to try the food again and report back.

Ashignton has been crying out for a decent restaurant. The Black Diamond caters for all with simple pub grub in the bar to an a la carte menu in the restaurant.
