It is nearly 4 months since I wrote how much I enjoyed eating at Cafe 21 branch in Fenwick's. I am 87 years old and want to know if since this suggestion, the place has changed its policy on accepting requests for reservations, before I venture there again I am not interested in the £20 discount but only in being able to book a table. I don't often go into the city centre but when I do I generally lunch at Cafe 21. Its only drawback for someone of my age is that at busy times, I cannot stand as long as is needed in a long queue, and would prefer being able to reserve a table by phone before I come, say between the hours of 12 noon and 2.30 pm.
