Good beers. Nice staff, let down by poor food, which which didn't offer value for money. I have been to the golden ball many times over 45 years but we probably wouldn't eat here again, just come in for drinks and crisps. Sad really because the food used to be really good. I assume it's a sign of the extremely hard times within the hospitality trade.
The Golden Ball Inn – TelfordWe did a 110 mile round trip from Wrexham to experience the menu and it didn’t disappoint, great slow cooked brisket and the oak smoke on the ribs was superb. Good atmosphere and pleasing decor all added to the experience. Cost wise it’s also good value ….we will be back with friends next time
