Who is Eddie Shepherd?
Nicknamed by the Mancunain press the 'Heston Blumenthal of the vegetarian world', Eddie is one of the few chefs to have won the prestigious 'Cordon-vert' cookery school's 'Chef of the future' competition. So, vegetarian or not, Eddie will provide a wealth of information about combining textures, contrasting and complimentary flavours and modern techniques that you can bring to your table and replicate at home.
