We felt an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere from the second we walked through the door, the staff are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the cats and will be happy to chat to you should you wish. The café itself is very clean and decorated well, there are plenty of places for the cats to explore and toys to play with, which makes for good entertainment! There was a good range of food and drink, which was good value for money and very tasty. They also provide covers for your food to stop the cats getting to it. The overall value is excellent and comes with an extra feel-good factor, as all profits go towards keeping Jackson's Animal Rescue going! I will definitely return :)

We all really enjoyed our stay at the cat cafe, the cats are wonderful company & come rushing to greet you when you sit. We loved the cake& drinks but I would recommend using smaller glasses for younger visitors maybe short wide tumblers as between the girls& the cats a lot of drink was spilt. This did not detract from our overall experience! A very happy group of cats& cat lovers. My daughter loved her birthday get together!

Me and my partner visited a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved the experience so booked again after getting home. The iced caramel lattes were so good we ended up ordering quite a absolutely. The food was also wonderful and a good option as all the cats would come and try to steal some, the staff was very attentive to this however and if the cats were being persistent they were more than happy to move them whilst you ate. There were 15 cats when we visited so plenty came to say hello. Will definitely be making this cafe a regular thing as be visiting plenty in future.

I have been following the Jackson rescue and cafe for a few months which really made me want to visit. The cats were very entertaining with their own personalities, we ended up with around 4 cats that were interested in one of the toys. The atmosphere was great, the only disappointment was another visitor who kept following the cats around and disrupting our experience. The drinks were really nice, the cakes were a little dry but were still edible, we had 4 drinks and 2 cakes which were great value for money. The staff were great and lovely. We felt that 1 hour was not long enough but 3 hours was too long, we decided to stay for 2 hours after paying for 3. We decided that since the money was going to the cats and the charity it we didn't need to stay for the full amount of time. We hope to adopt a cat from Jacksons rescue in the future as we have seen that they are all well looked after.

What a great experience, we took our 13 year old granddaughter who is obsessed with cats and very knowledgeable. We were so well cared for and the food and drink were excellent, I loved the lemon drizzle cake and Emily really enjoyed her chocolate brownie. The covers are a great idea to stop the cats helping themselves. We had a great time and will be back. So happy to know that our contribution will go to helping with the rescue cats. Great value for money.

Everything was lovely! My husband and I came for the first time yesterday and we are going back again tomorrow, and plan to do this regularly. The staff, cats, and menu was wonderful. Our favorite part is the rules of the cafe and how well the staff advocates for the cats.

Visited for the first time last week and had so much fun. Delicious cake, gorgeous cats and friendly hosts. Lovely.

Visited here again for the 3rd time on Sunday, same fabulous polite staff and great service. I love seeing the change in all the cats as they are so happy and content and love playing. They make you laugh with their speed at trying to steal your food. Just can’t fault the place.

A beautiful calming space. Cats are lovely and friendly. Staff are always polite and chatty . The drinks are nice and the cakes are delicious! Overall a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peace with some added kitty snuggles!

What a cat cafe should be - calm, peaceful, chilled without lots of excited children chasing cats around. Those kitties are so happy and on the road to living their best lives. Great coffee as well.

We had a lovely time at the cafe, lots of kitties running around and being very friendly. The coffee and cake were top notch and the Cat Carers who work there are knowledgeable about the cats, and give great customer service. It's lovely to know this place benefits such a good cause.

As a household of cat lovers this place was an ideal birthday treat for myself. From the warm welcome we got from both staff and cats it was a wonderful experience, all the staff was so knowledgable about each cat and took the time to talk to us, we didn’t eat on the day but enjoyed a lovely hot chocolate. And to learn the place is staffed my volunteers and clearly cat lovers. Is a credit to the charity.Each and every cat looked in perr-fect health and happy in there surroundings. Thank you

Love this place and proud to call myself a supporter of this amazing charity. Have had dealings with the rescue site, charity shop (Shotton branch) and now two visits to the cafe and without fail the staff and volunteers have been so friendly and accommodating. Lovely place to spend a few hours in the company of such beautiful, well cared for cats, while enjoying a nice cuppa, some cake (cold drinks and snacks enjoyed too!) and a good chat with like-minded people. Thank you, will be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cafe. Cats are all adorable. Staff are very friendly and polite. Coffee is good but the cakes need improvement, taste & appearance wise.
