Nicolas Laugier aka The Reflex, the London based French native is coming to Cottonopolis for a full night takeover on 24th June supported by Manchester’s very own Will Tramp. The Reflex’s sound and style has won him that hugely admirable fanbase. Taking original sounds from soul, pop and disco classics and giving them a whole new lease of life, his records have ignited sets nationally and international and have found themselves in the playlists of house legends Rob da Bank and Giles Peterson, who sent last years’ Michael Jackson’s ‘Rock with you’ revision spinning in clubs around the world.
It’s more than an edit, it’s a reflex revision.
Friday 24th June from 5pm.

We are delighted to announce that Hospitality Action will hold its inaugural Charity Polo Day at the Cheshire Polo Club in Little Budworth on Sunday 25th June. The event will be supported by three award winning North West chefs who will contribute towards a delicious three-course meal. They include: renowned chef Andrew Nutter of Nutters Restaurant; Simon Shaw of El Gato Negro, whose restaurant was listed in the National Restaurant Awards Top 100 and is the only Manchester restaurant to receive a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2017; and Sean Sutton, Head Chef at The Alderley Restaurant at the Alderley Edge Hotel, which boasts an impressive 3 AA Rosettes – one of the few places to hold this esteemed accolade in the North West.
The Polo Day will begin with a Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee Champagne and canapé reception sponsored by Rodney Densem Wines Ltd and Cheeky Chilli Events on the lawns of the prestigious Cheshire Polo Club, before lunch is prepared. Guests will then watch a fabulous fast paced polo match, The Henbury Cup, prior to ending the day with an afternoon cream tea in the marquee.
Attendees will also receive an Annual Social Membership Package for the Cheshire Polo Club, which includes entry for a car and up to four people to watch polo every weekend throughout the 2017 season, allows free entry to The Wirral Ladies and National 6 Goal Tournaments and is worth £50.
Partner hotels are offering special rates for guests for the Sunday night. Further details will be sent to you upon booking.
Tickets to the Polo Day are £85 per person or £800 for a table of ten and are expected to sell fast.
For three days from 11am-11pm, Festa Italiana in Cathedral Gardens will aim to recreate the all-day atmosphere of festivals across Italy, where the community comes together to socialise and enjoy great food and drink along with live music. The area in front of The Corn Exchange will become 'Little Italy' incorporating an authentic Italian fine food market, street food stalls and a chef’s collaborative attempt at creating a 50 metre pizza. A marquee will house a cookery theatre for chef demonstrations and a nonna’s pasta making station will teach visitors how to make genuine Italian pasta.

A fabulous look and sound alike, considered the best in the UK!
Lee is young, he has the looks, the eyes, he wears the clothes, he sings and plays the guitar –
Lee Jackson is… THE Young Elvis. He has something a lot of Elvis impersonators do not have… the looks! Lee causes a stir wherever he goes, in or out of character and people just cannot believe the natural resemblance to The King himself.
Add the looks to his speaking and singing voice and Lee Jackson is the ultimate Elvis tribute act.
£38 per person 3 course meal & show
