Gray’s Larder is a kitchen and bar in the heart of Chorlton where you can expect a friendly welcome and some imaginative cooking. It’s a labour of love for three friends, work colleagues and business partners now going it alone with a place of their own. Head Chef Anna Fysh puts together her Dinner, Lunch, Early Bird and Sunday menus based on the best seasonal produce available and a typical evening meal might start with Torched mackerel, pickled kohlrabi, Bombay potato and mango salsa followed by Cheshire lamb rump with chickpea fritters, hazelnuts, port-soaked raisins and lamb sauce finishing up with Dark chocolate flourless cake with ale ice cream. The food is complemented by a well-thought-out drinks selection with something for everyone, whether you prefer beer, wine, spirits, cocktails or a soft drink. Gray’s Larder is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Friday and from right through from 12 noon until late at weekends.
