The staff were rude and ignorant beyond belief, I received food on my plate which I specifically asked not to have, and never received the drinks which we ordered. This could perhaps be forgiven at peak times, but the restaurant was far from full. The manager was very badly dressed, with his jeans hanging around his bottom and no indication that he was a member of staff at all. Every member of waiting staff looked miserable and our particular waitress did not look at us when taking our order, replaced our cutlery etc without permission and did not enquire if there were anything else we required or if indeed our meals were satisfactory, which they were not! The lavatory area was piled high with tubs of food and broken tables, and the toilet could not be flushed without rearranging the toilet seat first. The waiting and kitchen staff took their breaks on an adjacent table. We left thoroughly annoyed and disappointed, and were not thanked for our custom in any way, in fact the rude waitress pushed past me as we were leaving the restaurant. I was not impressed.

I ate here last week and I have to say, it was great. The menu has loads to choose from but is not daunting. I went with my husband and kids and we all tried something from the main menu even though they did have a kids menu too. The restaurant is clean and fresh and the staff are very help full and know every dish. I had crispy shredded beef and it was lovely, not too sweet. My man had the jambalaya which was fiery but full of everything and certainly pleased him. The kids went for the thai pineapple rice and chicken pad thai (in little portions) and we all loved it. I definitely recommend this place and I hear they are doing kids eat free in the holidays so we will be back many times probably.
