The Michelin-starred restaurant at Chester's luxurious five-star Grosvenor Hotel & Spa was formerly known as Arkle – after the Duchess of Westminster’s famous steeplechaser – but was renamed Simon Radley At The Chester Grosvenor in 2008 in honour of the Executive Chef who has headed up the kitchen team for 20 years and held a Michelin star since 1990. This is fine dining in grand style with a seasonally changing menu inspired by French haute cuisine. Choose from the a la carte or the tasting menu complemented by a thousand-bin wine list which is one of the very best in the country.
