The restaurant seats 40 inside and another 40 in the Garden Courtyard where you can enjoy al-fresco dining surrounded by waterfalls and plant life. The cuisine is Modern British with Aberdeen-born Brian Spark Executive Chef offering dishes which combine traditional British recipes with modern innovations. 12 Temple Place is open for lunch Monday-Friday and dinner Monday-Saturday and for pre- or post-dinner drinks you can try Mauve, the Swissotel's lobby lounge, or the Temple Bar.
