ive tried ezo by a friends advice and I'm really pleased I've went there, the food was delicious we really enjoyed it, staff were great really nice to us, and at the end we were all surprised with the bill which came to about 20-25 quid each totally gobsmacked with the service, i would definitely go back there again, and would recommend to every one, to taste the great turkish kitchen at ezo's

What a superb pub! The food is absolutely wonderful-all home cooked and fresh. The service was also very good. My family & i visited last Sunday and were most impressed-would recommend to friends.

we've been going to Casamia for over a year now (6 or 7 occasions). Each time, the whole experience has been a joy and one that I would wholeheartedly recommend. The restaurant itself is located in Westbury-on-Trim but you would be pushed to find it and would struggle to stumble across it if just passing by. It is located in a small alley/courtyard and this in itself lends to the anticipation - its as though your travelling to a secret bolt hole or through a cupboard to Narnia. (to get to the front door you also have to pass the kitchen and with window's open the smells immediately hit you and get your tastebuds going). Once inside you are greeted by the waiters/waitresses and usually by the owners as well who always deliver a warm and considerate welcome. It is small inside, which only adds to the relaxed but special atmosphere. The drinks are good (always kick off with a manzilla), with a decent if small wine list. However, the real beauty of Casamia is in the eating. The a la carte menu offers a good variety and the food is always beautifully presented and most importantly absolutely delicious. Do go for the tasting menu if you can however as this is really where the chefs show of their undoubted talent and creativity - the mozzarella and tomato is unlike anything you have ever had. I've just learnt that Casamia has been awarded its first and Bristols only Michelin star. Well done and well deserved to all - i'll be back on Valentines day to say hello.

We have used this restaurant on many occasions since it opened, 30 years maybe? They use fresh food which is always excellent, as is the service by young staff who are always pleasant and polite. Lisa and Jimmy run this establishment efficiently and ensure the customer always comes first.

when in mendip, the Pub is well worth a visit for good beer, fine wine, local cider and Daria's tasty homemade cooking, which is great value. The interior is comfortable with open fireplace, and it is home to a vibrant skittles league. Whether a quick coffee or an evening out, you will not be disappointed by the quality or the value.

This is by far the best indian restaurant, the food is fantastic every time! A great atmosphere, always busy and rightly so.

We discovered Piazza di Roma by accident whilst visiting our daughter in Bristol. This is the best restaurant I have visited in a long time. The service and food were exceptional and we were made to feel very welcome whilst the price was very reasonable. I look forward to visiting again, hopefully before Christmas.

My family and I visited the Thai Balcony on November 16th for a birthday celebration and I must say the service and food was amazing! I had the Thai Red Curry which was really rich and tasty. I enjoyed it so much I am taking colleagues there for our Christmas Do!

For Thai Food, you have to go to Thai Classic in Bristol and you will not find a better place than this gem of a restaurant. The food is of excellent quality, the service is second to none and the price is excellent value for money; especially the lunch deal of £6. I would recommend anyone who enjoy good food to give this place a visit as it has never failed to impress me.

This is a charming, well run and old English style inn, with a decent menu giving a good choice. The cooking is first rate, the service quick and discreet and the staff very welcoming. The only problem is the location of the inn, which is somewhat difficult to find! However, just find the church in Batcombe, and it is just next to that. It is well worth the effort!

we arrived on a Wednesday evening to celebrate a birthday . the receptionist was brisk ans efficient although not overtly friendly. we were surprised to observe that other diners were dressed so casually , shirts hanging out from trousers ,jackets off for dinner , very medallion man!. the food was excellent and presented well , the waitress was very helpful although could be taken for being patronising . a good experience and for the food alone worth a second visit
