Sands Restaurant – CliftonI have heard a lot about this restaurant and was not disappointed when I got there. I had the half chicken with herbed new potatoes, it was delicious. The deserts were also to the same very high standard I would recommend this place to anyone if you want something a little different. The only thing I will say, due to its open plan layout there is a breeze from the windows and doors so wear a jumper!
Firehouse Rotisserie – BathIt must be good as it was our second visit to walk in the Area, we were made very welcome, the food was great and when we walked this year we returned to the hotel like drowned rats! The Staff took our coats and boots and put them in to the boiler rooms to dry. See you next year!
Luttrell Arms Hotel – MineheadLovely surrondings, friendly staff. Quaint wine bar downstairs. Only downside was it was very pricey.
Junior Poon – ClevedonGreat views, historic building. Food is good but not exciting. Vegetarian option pedestrian. No salad options. Desserts run of the mill. Cost - high side of average.
Captains Cabin – Weston Super MareZio's is what you can't miss to visit. Kapur, the chef, and company, will give you the opportunity to taste amazing recipes including pizzas. The service is optimum and overall the place is extremely clean. The owners are very friendly and the waiters are gentle and always ready to give you the best welcome.
Zio – CliftonZio is one of the best Italian restaurant in The Bristol's area.I reccomend to taste the optimum pizzas and the dishes at fishes base. The service is super and the owner Angelo with is wife and son are very friendly. The place is out of class and overall very clean.

Hathaways – MineheadGoog tasting food set in a pleasant country pub. Caters for families or couple just wanting a quiet/romantic meal together. Open lunchtimes and evenings. Sunday roast is worth trying and is very good value. Mainly UK food but there are curries on the extensive menu.
Folly The – Staple HillVery very good fish and chips and good priced wine too.
Seafoods – Bathtop pub grub in a lovely establishment.
Angel Inn – Long AshtonBeen here many times, its in Chewton Mendip, Friday nights is fresh fish night better get there on time because its so popular. Table bookings not usually allowed so need to be there early! Often full by 6.20 pm on a Friday and not a table until 8.30pm or later; but well worth it. Do fantastic home cooked poies and steaks, not so good for a veggie; but then you can't do
Waldegrave Arms The – BlagdonGood choice of food, very relaxed atmosphere, no rushing a proper night out with a real holiday feeling. Staff very friendly and obliging. Hosts very welcoming.
Kebab House The – Bristol City CentreArriving without a booking at 8.30 on a Saturday evening we felt lucky to be so warmly welcomed. We were served drinks in a comfortable reception area while we waited just 20 minutes for a table. The food was attractively presented and superbly cooked, particularly the fresh and firm vegetables. I was delighted by the caring response to my request for a gluten free dessert with the chef conjuring up a simple but sumptuous fruit selection with chocolate sauce. Enjoyable dining!
Cobblestones – MineheadDoveCote, is a great place to eat a fantastic meal in peace, not a place for childern unless very well behaved. Plenty of non-smoking areas. I highly recommend this restaurant and go out of my way to ensure I eat there.
Dovecote The – Long AshtonGood authentic food and friendly but unobtrusive service. Very nice setting.Managed to fit us in even though we had not booked on a busy night, but would advise booking.
