This restaurant has a great friendly and buzzing atmosphere. The food is well piced and well served. The food is simple yet interesting. Its an easy form of Tapas that you want for a relaxing night out. The staff are friendly and helpful and add to your enjoyment of your evening. I have to say it is somewhere i would definately visit again.

This is a great restaurant - fantastic food, a varied and interesting menu, well presented and beautifully presented. Great ambience. perfect for a romantic night out or a group event. The lunch deals are excellent.

I love Akbars, its been my firm favourite since they opened, try the lamb chops starter...wow! I have found competition for them, Akash in Cleckheaton, its brilliant and your table is yours for the night.

One of Harrogate's best traditional restaurants, great atmosphere, always very busy. Good wine list and varied menu. Not suitable for a quite romantic evening!

A pretty lengthy menu (as tapas restaurants go), particularly good for seafood lovers. Plenty of Vegetarian options and a bargain early bird menu (any 4 tapas for £5). Lacks the 'party' atmosphere of the Bossa Nova but the food is far superior.

Little Tokyo goes from strength to strength over the years. Great atmospshere, fab food, and pleasing prices ... what more could you ask for!

Possibly the most authentically Spanish Tapas bar outside of Spain - food, waiters, atmosphere and everything. Much better than the big chain Tapas bars - but be sure to book, it's small.

We went to Anams Restaurant first as invitees of a conference and found the place to be absolutely outstanding! We were greeted by warm and welcome staff and taken to the conference room where our presentation was held. Afterwards, we were given a private buffet of the best indian food i have had. The service was excellent and the decor of the place excels anywhere in the north. Since then i have been many times and never been disappointed. They offer buffet and a la carte and both serve sumptuous food. Definitely a recommended restaurant!

This is a fantastic Restaurant. The local people are very lucky to have it on their doorstep? Food is always fantastic with a good choice of menu. This has to rank as 'the best' chinese restaurant I have ever eaten in. You won't be disappointed.

Hungry and searching for a restaurant, we found Akbars by chance. What a surprise, simply the best restaurant ever!

Superb in ever y respect. But better bring your platinum card with you as it gets very expensive! Feels like a restaurant of a top hotel in Thailand, not that I've been. Very trendy.

This restaurant sets new standards in Thai Cuisine, and is a definate favourite of mine due to the sheer goodness of their cuisine. Unbelievable tastes, funky atmosphere and a very reasonable bill.

low - key , laid - back but basic curries carry real spiciness. Cutlery extra. Bring own drinks. Seems to be better downstairs at lunchtime than upstairs in evening. Excelent shish kebabs. Nans are very good. Good honest fare.

Outstanding restaurant, excellent vegetarian selection, great lunchtime take outs. This restaurant is how restaurants should be: good staff who know their food, open at good time (all day and most of the night), and people who care about the quality of the food. Other restaurants should take note and aspire to the standards and consideration of Little Tokyo

this was where i had my birthday meal... really enjoyed evrything!! we had a fab time although the service is a bit slow the place is really busy so u can c why... i loved the idea of the food on the front counter and then u could pick and choose the salads looked amazing, the only thing it dint have was chips!! ha

A very nice restaurant, which you can visit any time of the day, and day of the week...and will always have a nice meal/drink. But be wary...it is a bit pricey, and many of the main dishes do not come with the trimmings, and you may have to pay extra for any veg or potatoes. Although I paid quite a lot for the meal, it was very good foor. The fillet steak is excellent, but for the price you wouldn't expect to have to pay extra for veg etc.
