Excellent selections on the menu, great atmosphere and very comfortable, unfortunately although the starter of soup tasted very good i had to send it back because it was cold but it was promptly replaced by a very hot one, but then, my steak was served also cold. The dessert was delicious and hot but it didn't make up for the 2 previous courses
Fairfield Arms – AudenshawDidn't fancy curry......again for my friends birthday so she googled 'tapas in Audenshaw' and up popped The Orange Tree. What a superb little place and a gem of a find! Absolutely fantastic staff and service, beautiful food and to boot the house rose wine was great! Will be going back for more of this brilliant experience very soon with my friend(s) and I will taking my other- half there for Valentines Day if not sooner!
The Orange Tree Tapas – AudenshawBellissimo! Thank you very much for the great evening we had on my wife's birthday. Great food, nice atmosphere and attentive service. The barbecue ribs are to die for and I had one of the best veal in years. My wife loves the chicken with paprika sauce. The service was polite and friendly, that guy Chris looked after us and made sure there's nothing missing. You were recommended by a relative and I'm glad it happened. I will see you soon for sure.
San Remo – Audenshawwe have been to this tapas on several occasions so decided to choose it for my husbands 50th birthday unfortunately it was very very disappointing.we arrived to not enough spaces for our guests even though they had our numbers weeks before when the food came out the portion sizes had been reduced considerably ie 3 meat balls in a tiny dish and one of the prawn dishes only had 2 prawns in it, also we had to ask for some of the dishes because they had forgot about them and we also had to ask for bread which was brought out after everyone had eaten some of our guest were so hungry they left early so they could catch the local pub still serving food which was very upsetting to us.The most upsetting was the waitress when questioned about the portion sizes she pointed to my husband and said its his fault also she has now told the owner the only reason my husband was upset was because the guest that left did not pay and left my husband to pick up their bill which is totally untrue all eight of them paid the £20 each agreed.i would not recommend this tapas anymore because the portion sizes do not reflect the amount you pay for them and the staff are totally unprofessional ,.

Fairfield Arms – AudenshawVisited the Stable Gate Denton and there was an advertisement on the wall showing 2 bottles of wine, (one rose and one white) which stated buy 2 glasses of wine get the rest of the bottle free. When I told the management that I had already purchased 3 glasses of wine and a further bottle I was told this promotion was for rose only. I do feel that this should be advertised clearly and it was not. We attend the Stable Gate on a regular basis.

Red Lounge – AudenshawHad a wonderful evening here last Friday. I left Denton 10 years ago and I really missed the food and the atmosphere at San Remo. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant moved into a bigger place, new and modern. I am glad they kept the same traditional menu. The spare ribs, the spaghetti with bacon and the homemade dessert were tasty and fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was spot on, friendly and attentive with discretion. I work in catering for over 7 years and I must say that San Remo is a gold mine, don't know how they do it for the price!
San Remo – AudenshawMy brother often eats at this restaurant and he loves it. Last week, he invited me to try the food, I was in the area so I said why not?! I must say I wasn't very impressed with the atmosphere. The man who took our order insisted to order more food than we wanted to, he yelled at the waitress a several times, and also gave some indications to the chef and anyone could hear that. A customer should never, ever have to deal with that. I placed my order, that's what I want, plain and simple! Don't try to change my mind, because 100% of the time, I won't. The food was great, the pasta with tomato sauce was wonderful and the price is reasonable. My brother thinks they were short of staff, because the man who served us is usually the chef. I will give it another try, at least for the lovely food.
San Remo – AudenshawVisit the Orange Tree a least 2/3 times a month and never get fed up of going food is excellent and the staff a very accomadating in making sure you enjoy your food its a gem in dentons crown and a must place to eat either at lunch or in the evening , you will always have a lovely time with well priced food and wine and entertaining floor staff
The Orange Tree Tapas – AudenshawApparently caps are not allowed to be worn in the carvery and this is not publicised. Only when we were seated with our meal and drink were we told this by the manageress. No other member of staff pointed this out to us, on this occasion or on the numerous times we have eaten there before. Our only options, barring removing the cap which was not possible, was to eat in the vault! or take a refund. Very unprofessional. So a quiet family meal with our daughter granddaughter and her father was ruined by a jobsworth manageress. If you have house rules, please advertise them or at least inform your staff.

Red Lounge – AudenshawHave been to Pearl many times over last few years,by far best curry in Tameside in my opinion, have dined out at most curry houses in Ashton,Stalybridge,Denton,Mossley and have never got bored of dining at the Pearl as you can sometimes with others. Service has always been excellent, have been mid week and weekends,ok,maybe waited longer for meal at weekend but this to be expected.Food always great
