Lovely meal the toilets need a refurbishment

Great meal, we were a table of four plus dog. Vegetarian well catered for and even though they were down on staff we had great service.

Food was good, service was fine but if you go there I would recommend asking to be seated in the main pub not the converted garage style extension which has no atmosphere with cold style of decoration.

We visited as 2 families (9 altogether)with 2 dogs. We found all the food to be homemade and extremely enjoyable and tasty. The service was fantastic and the dogs were made to feel very welcome with little treats brought to the table for them. We would definitely visit again and left with a feeling of what a fantastic lunch experience we all had.

Party of 3 plus dog enjoyed a fab meal in this lovely pub. Good choice on menu for the vegetarian in the party and quality of food and service was fantastic

Very enjoyable night with lovely food. Possibly the fish was almost too big (can be overfacing) but all very nice tasty , enjoyable and the service was very good.

We were staying at a campsite in Belford and looked around on the internet for local country pubs for a Sunday Dinner. This one looked the nicest and not too far to drive. We weren't disappointed, we managed to park the Motorhome across the road and enjoyed some really nice food. We'll definitely be going back.

First visit to the Apple Inn to meet with a friend. Lovely restaurant, attentive staff and lovely food (especially the ginger ice cream) - looks like it might become a regular meeting place for us!

Excellent food and excellent staff. Great menu choice too. We visited with our dog who was catered for with fresh water at our table.

First opportunity to visit and also first time for our Labrador to visit a pub. Great welcome and location with treats and water. Food was lovely and hot and could not be faulted. Attentive service

Very pleasant meal and the food was delicious. Really enjoyed our evening. This was our second time here after a gap of two years, and we were not disappointed. Would happily return if we were in the area. Thanks a lot.

We had a delicious meal at The Apple Inn and would certainly return if we were in the area. The only downside were four people who sat near to us and who regularly got up, chatted to each other and never, at ant point, wore masks. We appreciate that it is difficult for staff but in the Covid times a quiet word with them would have been appreciated.

Fantastic meal,restaurant quality at affordable prices. I only wish that we had pub food as good as this near us. We'll be back when we're next in the area. Thank you so much
