I visited this restaurant and had a great experience. The food was great - the menu is vast. It may seem pricey but it's worth it. My favourite was the Armenian-style kebab presented on a skewer and with Armenian style "Lavash". Very recommendable place.

Nice clean place, good food, good music & entertainment. Friendly service, set menu price is £20, for family would be £18. For that you get starters, as much bread as you can eat, meal and desert with tea. Shisha available.

Good, honest authentic Spanish fayre. Not gentile or sophisticated but a great welcome and comfortable environment to spend your late evening. Recommend the fish soup and garlic prawns tapas.

Brilliant restaurant, excellent service, well recommended

This is an excellent Iranian/Afghan restaurant. It has a nice decor and it has very clean which can't always be said about some other Persian restaurants in London. The service is good and the staff very friendly. The food is delicious and the atmosphere just great on Friday and Saturday night with the live music. You get great value for money in this place. Last week I went to the famous Shehrezade restaurant in Kensington after quite sometime and it reminded me why I haven't been there for such a long time. Ok the decor and location and place is five stars and nothing compared to Ariana but the service, food and prices are just 1 star. We had to wait to get a table, then the service was terrible, the waitress was keep forgetting to bring something or the other, including forgetting the cattery, sometime that anyone with a basic waiting training should get right? There was three of us, we mostly went for the music, didn't eat much a got charged a small fortune, just the service charge was £15 which was a joke compared to the level of service. The food was not up to standard and disappointing. Then the following week I went to Ariana and what a surprise, the location I must admit is a bit run down but when you do make it inside Ariana, then you do enter a little word of good food, good service and good music and atmosphere and you can eat as much as you want too without breaking the bank. Conclusion: Shehrezade restaurant of Kensington = 1 Star * Ariana restaurant of Bourne Terrace = 5 Star *****

The food here is wonderfully authentic, with a variety of dishes from all over the former USSR- soups are great, and their chicken kiev is cooked to a delightful deep golden brown and loaded with garlic!-desserts don't meet the quality of the entrees, but were perfectly fine-Don't be put off by its location in the basement of a lower end hotel- its worth the effort to seek this place out!

I am crazy about Italian food and in most Italian restaurants the food is good, however, this restaurant overtakes them with the quality of food and atmosphere. I had a wonderful dinner the staff were friendly and warm and the food was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone that appreciates Italian cuisine as much as I do.

Situated in an ideal position in Northwest London (Edgware Road), Shishawi is the best place which can offer the best of the Egyptian Cuisine. With foods ranging from traditional starters, to top of the range dishes, I'd recommend anyone who is into Egyptian food specifically & Arabic food in general to visit. Don't forget that it also offers Shisha, which is a real highlight for any person who visits Egypt- and for virtually all Egyptian youths.

This is a fantastic Indian restaurant. The food is truly fabulous! The decor was lovely and cosy. It's in a quite location and very lean interior. They have a selection of vegetable dishes and fish dishes; I tried the black cod, which a bit expensive but it was worth the taste. I liked the fact that they have a completely separate private room for hire, which I will book for our departmental Christmas due. Worth visiting.

Me and my husband and another couple visited London for the weekend and we found the swan this is a nice little pub and very good atmosphere the food was very good indeed and the beer was very nice it a nice little place to sit inside and out we visited there everyday when we was in London very good pub hope to visit again when we come next year

This is a lovely little place overlooking Regents Canal in Little Venice - the view of the canal boats decorated with masses of flowerpots and fairy lights is gorgeous. I?e never eaten here in the evening, but the brunch and lunch menus are pretty good given the size of the (tiny) kitchen. From the road it doesn? look like much, but don? be put off - it? a little gem!

The first time I came here I mentioned to the barman that I? never eaten oysters before, so he gave me a couple on the house, just to see if I liked them. I?e been coming back ever since. It? a great Irish boozer of a place, restored to its former glory a few years back by Tom Conran. Downstairs is awash with Guinness and seafood platters - upstairs is a small mix-match restaurant with a decent menu. Take away the ?rendy?media types who sometimes invade the already cramped bar, and it? damn near perfect.

Assaggi is arguably the best Italian restaurant in London so you'll need to book several weeks in advance and be prepared for prices on the high side. But the food is amazing - imaginative, delicious, and thankfully unpretentious - although you may need to ask your waiter to translate the menu as it? written entirely in Italian. It? not a place to bring the grandparents - the room itself is fairly small with a modern design and a noisy atmosphere - but it? a great favourite with locals and celebs alike.
