After not being here for a few years due to moving out of the area it was lovely to visit and have a fabulous experience. Food was absolutely delicious and a lovely pint of a larger too. Staff were so nice and the place just has such a lovely vibe, excellent price too. My partner is gluten free, staff were very knowledgeable with allergens and there was a lot of variety for gf which is so nice. My partner had the original parmo and his food was delicious, I personally couldn’t tell it was gf it was that nice but it definitely was. For those with allergens highly recommend this as a safe place to eat. We will definitely be eating here again when local.

This is disgusting. I have never in my life been to a restaurant and been treated so appallingly. Table was filthy and waitress refused to clean it. I refused to accept food until table was cleaned so she wiped the table mats, mine still had dried in mushy peas on it when she had finished. I cleaned the table myself with her cloth. Food came on a dirty plate -it had dried on baked beans all over it. Watress took it away and transferred food to another dirty plate. She then had the cheek to bring us dirty cutlery. I would never eat here again and woukd not advise anyone else to do so.

Just spent Mothers Day at the Three Horse Shoes. The food was excellent and the staff were excellent. Had a great afternoon, thanks to all the staff.

I visited barnacles Billingham on July 31st 2013, I thoroughly enjoyed the food we ordered two cod chips and mushy peas with tea and bread for the very good price of 14.00 approx for the two. All the food was freshly cooked the service was excellent very prompt with our drinks and the waitress (Toni) was very chatty and polite! When we had finished our food which was beautiful and all red hot we were asked if we wanted hot water for our tea pot or anything else, we politely declined but was nice to asked! Will definitely be returning. Sarah

We had this recommended but went expecting to find it "ok". Not so ! Seated immediately at our reservation time, polite happy staff and a great atmosphere. I'm more than adamant no matter what you order will be just perfect. We had three courses. Our main meals arrived together, got, on time and out of this world. Cooked so perfectly, colourful and delicious it left me speechless. Dessert came. Hand made with care, effort and attention to detail which made it taste out of this world. Thanks for the best dining experience I've encountered for a long time. Sum it up - Amazing on every level, try it. 10/10

i have been a few times but the menu seems to be the same as the time and the food is bland and lacking seasoning and is boring. maybe a whole change in menu would be a good start

The food was gorgeous,it tasted freshly prepared.The staff were lovely too and the atmosphere was very friendly.I would definitely recommend this to others,in fact i am going to book for my birthday in 3 weeks time

glad to see mohujos make it to the final of the world parmo championships, shame the judges only voted you 3rd. we booked a table that night and had a excellent meal and i had a parmo, that if i say is the best and the judges dont know what they are missing. the service and staff are brilliant its a real must go to place if not just for a parmo and the lovely desserts. we will be going back many more times

what can you say about mohujos, this is a little wonder hidden away in billingham.you must go and try it. the food is devine everything on the menu is fab, you want to try them all. the staff are very friendly and nothing is any trouble to them. we will continue to go there as it`s that good, i recommend everyone else books a table to try it.

All I can say is that if you haven't been, you need to be getting yourself a table booked. The food is lush, the drinks are fab and the service is very friendly. A well balanced menu with a very reasonable price list. Time and time again, its the place to be. Oh and the pancake is devine!

WE LOVE COMING BACK TO MOHUJOS TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!! THE FOOD IS DIVINE, THE SAN GRIA IS VERY NICE INDEED AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TRY A GLASS OR TWO! THE SERVICE IS VERY IMPRESSIVE. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT MOHUJOS FOR SUCH A THRILLING AND PLEASURABLE NIGHT EVERYTIME WE COME. 10/10

I took my wife and daughter for a lunch today at this great pub/restaurant .the food was some of the best .from the starters from potato skins .spicy prawns (wow the spicy jam ) to the main dishes we were bowled over with both the service the quality of food and also the drinks the over all picture is ,a first class eating spot .it was a great meal .our thanks to the chef and all the staff ,we will be back believe me .

Wow!!! I visited the restaurant last night, apart from the completely scrumptious food, the atmosphere is fab. So friendly and helpful. I chose the parmo & mmmmmmmmmm delish is about all i can say, i even got an added extra with the fabulous homemade chips & creamy garlic sauce. Well done Helen & Wendy for bringing this amazing place to Billingham. I felt like i was actually somewhere else.

Booked a table last friday. What a lovely surprise. Really didn't feel like we were in Billingham at all. Great food, high quality service and a lovely atmosphere. Can't wait to go again, recommending it to everyone.

Went to this restaurant on a whim tonight. It was packed to the rafters with bookings, but the girls were good enough to let us have the next available table. So after just 45 mins and a drink from the bar, we were seated, and checking out the main, and tapas menus. Fantastic choices. We went for the tapas - had a fantastic variety of dishes that were ALL delicious. Atmosphere and quality of service was outstanding. And extremely good value for money. We really were impressed - this whole experience was as good as superior Mexican restaurants we've been to across the world. Hidden gem! Really worth a visit for the whole family. We've already booked for next weekend!

i thought the meal was top class i had a soup for a starters it was full of flavour and had the chicken Parmesan which was the best i had tasted in teesside recommend to anyone

Booked a table for 4 last saturday after reading comments on SV site. Greeted by a charming waitress as we entered the door. Meal excellent value with one of the best Parmos in the North. Had to try the Chilli ice cream - fantastic! Staff very attentive and our glasses were never empty for long. This is billingham's best kept secret - don't wait too long to go as I can see it becoming very popular soon and tables will be booked constantly. Going back next week!
