Visited a week ago, quite impressed the food was good as was the customer service and as a result took people with us tonight. What a contrast... Last week we noticed that we were the minority, this week made to feel unwelcome too and would only go back to wind them up !! Can't fault the food or portions but the attitude of the waiter was questionable. There are no visible notices in the restaurant or on the menu to advise that alcohol isn't served or that you can't take in your own beverage, the way we were informed was uncomfortable and unnecessary, as was being told that they don't accept card payment which was not a problem last week. Had we not had the cash with us what would they have done. ?? If there are T

We went to this steak house on a Sunday and how appalling it was! First of all the the prices of the food were VERY expensive. I could get the same meal for half the price. Next the food took forever to cook. Also I saw that 2 of the waiters had gone to Aldi and came back with 4 bags which they put in the store room. The food was very cold and poorly seasoned. All that I would say is that if you decide to go you're only paying a large amount of money for cold Aldi food. Next time I will stick to the restaurants on Ladypool road - bigger portions, better cooked, quicker service and for half the price!

DO NOT EAT HERE! APPALLING FOOD!Where do I start on this sham of an establishment.....When we arrived at the restaurant we were very excited about the prospect of eating at this establishment. The place is decorated nicely and there is an open kitchen where the chefs are on view which is a nice touch. The menu looked expensive but I thought that must reflect the high quality of the food, how wrong I was! The first disappointment came when we ordered 2 glasses of coca cola. The coke was really warm (It must have been poured out of a big bottle that isn't kept in the fridge) and it was served in a tall milkshake glass which was random to say the least. The staff then brought over a bowl with ice in it for us to put in ourselves, but instead of bringing tongs so we could pick up the ice they brought a little tea spoon! The ice was impossible to pick up!We were very excited about our main meal of 8oz sirloin steak but when the meals came out we could not have been more disappointed. Instead of the steak being a big juicy steak it was 2 thin pieces of steak that I'm convinced was frying steak and not actual steak at all. The steak was bland, so bland that I only ate half of it, it was the most tasteless, disappointing steak I've ever had the displeasure of putting into my mouth. The pepper sauce was also tasteless. I ordered spicy wedges and for the price we were paying I expected home cooked ones. Instead we got greasy fried wedges that were cooked from frozen. I'm convinced they are the wedges that are 79p a bag from Aldi as they tasted exactly the same, no spice, just cheap frozen wedges. The side salad consisted of thinly chopped ice berg lettuce, a few slices of tomato and a few slices of cucumber. The customer service was okish. Some of the waiter smelt of B.O which was very off putting but that might have been because they were sweating under the cheesy white shirts and black waistcoats. The place is meant to be a steak house but is run in the same manner as an Indian restaurant which is very weird in a steak house setting. They even give you hot towels and a mint chocolate at the end!In conclusion please do not waste your hard earned money eating at this establishment.

Best halal buffet in Bham. Some of their mains dishes surpass the quality of service restaurants in Bham. The variety is huge and the quality is fantastic. I'm serious- i'm hooked to this place.

Complete waste of money based on following reasons: 1: level of service poor guys running around like headless chickens. 2: quality of food very poor and cold served in second bowls. 3: value for money complete rip off. Did highlight concerns to management all we got was attitude aggression. Stay away from that place.

Had a takeaway from here and was impressed. Chicken Tikka Bhuna was really flavoursome and decent amount of chicken. Friend was happy with his Korma. Will definitely revisit.

Excellent food, there Kebab's are in my opinion the best in B'ham!! Only down side is that the portions have become smaller and prices have been increased!! Still good value for money and for the taste - they are worth every penny!!

I love Lahore, put have become really disappointed recently. We go there fairly often, so know what to expect but since re-doing the sit in part, there potions have decreased hugely and there prices have gone up!! There food is gorgeous, but for the price you pay, you'd expect there old portions, so for that reason I have stopped going there!!

Disgusting!!! Dripping in oil...lets put it this way if you want to taste your food forget it but on the other hand if you love oil and I mean love your food dripping in oil then this is the place for you. I asked the waiter to remove the oil and he did but even after removing half a bowl of oil all I could taste was oil. The waiter's response everyone complains about the oil but the chef doesn't listen. I didn't eat the food. I asked the waiter to fetch the manager to express i didn't want to pay full price as I haven't had anything to eat. The manager's response "you are the first to complain and I will give you 10% off" extremely arrogant!!!. I thought that was a slap in the face and noticed the waiters, chef(s) looking over at our table making us feel uncomfortable. We paid in full. Left never to return. So as I said if you love your oil and do not wish to taste anything but oil then I would say this restaurant is for you. Oh & finally, health inspectors should shut this place down to decrease obesity!!!!
