Attended on a saturday night at 7.30pm. just enough people in to create a good atmosphere. Food was tasty and hot and the service was really good . Only the second time we have been and as it is local we will be going again. Change from the usual restaurants in the area.

We have been eating with ‘Othello’s’ and ‘the med’ previously for the last 20 years. We attended on Tuesday night at 6.30, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. We were utterly disappointed with the overall experience. We were seated at a 2 seater table which was fine there were only 2 of us, on ordering the chefs special meze this caused a big fuss with the staff. After our waiter had gone to the bar area to explain that we have ordered the meze and that we needed to be moved and this resulted in a loud conversation, pointing at us and frantic page turning as they looked at the other bookings. We were then approached to move to another table in an abrupt manner, we felt really bad about ordering the meze and that we had inconvenienced the staff. Once seated at our new table the food was with us in minutes. We always order this meze and have done for 20 years. The first few plates were all delivered very quickly. This was nowhere near the quality/quantity we had previously had. The meal was hit amend miss with a couple of the dishes being nice. Some of the food seemed like it had been reheated with hotspots and some of the meat being quite chewy. We were rushed through all the meze courses, with food being propelled at us, which seemed like they wanted us out as quick as possible. Normally we would enjoy spending time in the restaurant but we had finished (a supposed 18 course meze) within an hour. This would normally take us up to 3 hours and with more and better quality dishes. The restaurant and toilets looked ok from the outset however when looking closely these were not finished to a high standard. The meze was priced at 30pp however we used the eat out to help out voucher and had a couple of soft drinks each paying £50 in total For the bill. This experience was disappointing and has put us off attending the restaurant in the future, which is sad as this is always been our go to place.

Service was quick and friendly however the food was mediocre at best. A little cramped considering we're supposed to be social distancing. A bit disappointed to be honest.

We ate there on Thursday, after a few people had recommended it, the service was really good and friendly, and we all really enjoyed our food, , so I would recommend it as well .

In Blackpool for a few days. Found Othello’s when searching online. The food was really good, particularly the grilled meat platter.

Well we went on Thursday 19th of March, corona virus every where. They had check with us before hand on the day before to make sure that we where going. We had the restaurant to ourselves, all 4 of us. The meal, the service was excellent like the time before when it was busy Couldn't fault anything and even got free shots seeing it was a birthday Recommend by all of us When everything is back to normal please go

At Othello's the food is everthing. And our meal was 1st class. But then it always is and always has been. The love and attention that goes into each meal is reflected on your palate with each mouthful. Thank you Chris and Olympia we will see you again soon.

A family meal for 6 of us on Sunday for my birthday celebration! Food was great although we took a doggy bag home the meze filled us up. Staff considerate, clean and comfortable environment. It was quiet so more people should try this restaurant!

We were going to sit in and eat, however due to circumstances we ordered the takeaway from here. Fabulous food, quick to arrive. Fresh , hot full of flavour. Will be telling my clients about this place.

Booking a table was really easy, I received a warm welcome when we arrived and was shown to our table. The service was really good. We ordered a drink and where given time to peruse the menu. As we had never eaten here before we ordered the set menu for 2 as you get a bit of everything to try. The starters came and they were delicious a really lovely mix of food. The portions were more than enough for 2 people . The mains arrived and I couldn't fault it. Mixed kebabs, rice, mousakka and the 5 hr cooked lamb was perfect. Wow we were stuffed and could not fit a desert in. Could not fault the service and the food. It has a lovely atmosphere even though it was quiet, the staff provided the right level of service and were very friendly. I can't wait to go back again

visited with two friends on Christmas Eve for the first time at new premises. Really good area for parking premises much nicer and more spaciious. food as always fantastic. Being the day it was, it was a bit noisy for me but everyone was having a really good time. Good move guys, good luck for the future will be seeing you again soon.
