I would just like to thank Lucy and all the lovely staff at Itallio for our beutiful meal last night. All 9 of us had wonderful meals. I had the lobster ravioli which was amazing. So have a lovely Christmas and hopefully I’ll see you in the new year

We had a booking for Sunday 5th, there were six of us with one being a Gluten Free. It was lovely to be seated in the actual glass house and made it more enjoyable (if that was possible) The presentation and the food is fantastic. The lady that has the GF said it is the best place for this option, and we have been three times now with her, she says it shows that an effort goes in to making it look good, taste delicious, unlike other places she has been and hasn’t returned to. It was Xmas themed when we went this time and the Lady dressed as the Grinch was brilliant, extremely professionally, very funny and made everyone have a good time. Also the Elves were great and always coming round to check if we required Tea, Coffee or other. Yes the afternoon tea is quite expensive but this is shown in the surroundings, the quality and the service. We had a few drinks on top and we were all very pleased and left a very well deserved tip at the end. We will definitely return possibly Easter and look forward to the themed menu they always have. Italio was superb as always, they catered for my daughters birthday and all the servers were just so nice and diligent Clean and tidy, attentive for clearing the tables and asking if we were all ok We have eaten at Italio a number of times and even the takeaway never fails us Cocktail was a winner aswell, pina colada went down a treat and made lovely and not too sickly :)

Beautiful menu, especially fir gluten free option, and the room was all Christmassy and gorgeous. Beautiful venue. Roberta was absolutely lovely.

We were in blackpool for the illuminations staying at premier inn went to restaurant for authentic thai cuisine we were not disappointed great food friendly staff good atmosphere definitely go back again

Beautiful meal and great service thank you

A long awaited trip to Blackpool after a 2 year hiatus, we love rollercoasters so go to the Pleasure Beach every year. I wanted to find somewhere nice to take the family for a meal after our 4 hour drive. After careful review reading and study of menus, we plumped for Italios for an early evening meal - the online booking system was really easy to use. Unfortunately, after our arrival, we were ushered outside to sit in the glass box. Some people may really like it in 'the Terrace', it is probably fine to have it for yourselves as a private party perhaps, but it completely spoilt our whole experience. It has garish lighting and as soon as it started to fill with people, it became so loud, with dreadful acoustics, we couldn't hear each other speak and it quickly became overwhelming, especially for my daughter. Two of our party were boiling hot with the heater cooking their heads, and the other two were freezing and only took coats off at the last minute to eat and then had to wrap them round legs, as we were near the door and the cold draught was blowing straight through our legs. The staff were trying really hard to keep closing the door every time they came in, but someone was going in/out every minute, so very difficult to keep on top of. Plus having it closed all the time would leave a heated glass box full of people unventilated, so not a great idea anyway in these Covid times. The food was tasty, the staff were lovely and we would've stayed for dessert, but couldn't wait to get out of there, so had to leave prematurely. What was so disappointing was that when we walked through the actual restaurant in the main building to get to the toilets, more than half the tables were empty both at the beginning and the end of our visit!! I suspect they save those tables for their regulars and bung everyone else outside. Disappointing.

Lovely, friendly staff. The food was delicious and plenty of it.

We went for my birthday meal on a saturday night, staff were attentive, food was excellent, perfect place to spend quality time with family, highly recommend ITALIOS for any occassion !!

The food was to die for, atmosphere was top notch and every staff member was polite, smiling and always on hand. Over all a great experience. Definitely be back in the future
