But nobody at The Black Swan, a Michelin-starred country pub in the wilds of North Yorkshire, was quite expecting what happened after the news broke in November. TV crews from around the world descended on the sleepy Yorkshire village of Oldstead with the upshot being that you can forget about snagging a cheeky table for two anytime soon. It’s booked solid for three months in advance and tables disappear minutes after availability goes online at midnight every day.
