New Loyalty Programme Launched By Bistrot Pierre

Bistrot Pierre, the independently-owned French restaurant group, which now has 17 restaurants across the UK, has launched its bespoke loyalty scheme Mon Pierre Rewards. Customers can access the programme through a downloadable app or plastic card and collect points with purchases. These are redeemed for rewards with eight points earned for every pound spent.

Vicky Luke, digital marketing manager at Bistrot Pierre, says: “The app we have developed with Zonal is available to download from the Apple Store or Google Play. Our customers can check their points balance and redeem rewards such as complimentary drinks, starters, desserts and one and two course meals using the dedicated QR code in the app. They can also view our menus, book a table and leave feedback through the app. “For customers who don’t have a smart phone we will have a plastic card alternative which will carry their QR code.”

Bistrot Pierre is open seven days a week, serving freshly prepared dishes which use authentic ingredients sourced from France by talented chefs who visit France to develop the unique flavours.
The privately-owned restaurant group opened its first restaurant in Nottingham 21 years ago and currently has 17 bistrots across the UK – from Ilkley to Plymouth, Cardiff to Sheffield. 2016 has already seen a successful openings in Altrincham, Birmingham and Weston-super-Mare with additional openings in 2017 in Mere Green and Swansea.
