Piste is a buzzy wine bar and restaurant with a shabby chic ski-themed décor. Well established on Tarporley High Street, it’s a former Marketing Cheshire Restaurant of the Year, and in March 2017 opened a second venue in Sandbach.
The focus is on quality food and drink at a reasonable price and the new summer menu has just been launched at both venues. Highlights of the new season dishes on offer include:
Pan fried fillets of seabass with samphire, lemon and cockle sauce, caper and Cheshire new potato dumplings
Seared breast of duck, sugar snaps and pak choi, coconut rice, lemongrass and ginger dressing
Sweet potato noodles, almond and kale Dijon sauce, salted almonds
