I took two friends for dinner on a Monday night. The atmosphere was friendly and all staff very helpful. I had a delicious lasagna followed by walnut & fig tart which were both fantastic. My friends, who were visiting from Spain, had equally lovely meals and said how much they’d enjoyed dining there. Cafe Italia is always very good value for money and this meal was no exception - less than £25 per head for three mains, three desserts, drinks and coffee. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Had a fantastic family meal, for my Daughters 21st Birthday, was wonderful food, and staff are incredible, so helpful and polite. Highly recommend!

Every time we go here the food is excellent the atmosphere is superb, you are always welcomed by staff and well treated.

Always excellent food, super service, very accommodating staff, brilliant with the children. Our "go to" restaurant for a friendly meal. Will agree with the previous comment re the chairs, not the most comfortable, but hey we don't eat the chairs!!

Simple delicious food. 2 pasta dishes plus garlic bread and a decent red....excellent. Only slight suggestion is get some new chairs...quite uncomfortable....sorry...

I visited Café Italia for the first time a couple of days ago and I'll certainly be back soon. A lovely restaurant, attentive and friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. The food is excellent and the portions are bigger than I expected, especially as I ordered from the lunchtime special menu. Highly recommended.

Excellent as always. Had lunch with the family Saturday afternoon. Delicious food all round, very professional and friendly service. Lunch menu is particularly good value for money. Totally recommend it.

Another great meal. Atmosphere wonderful - bustling and happy. Very attentive, friendly staff. Amazing food - we had the children’s menu pizza which was in the shape of a teddy bear, the veal and spaghetti vongole. All delicious.

Had a fabulous breakfast last week with my family. But also had a fantastic baby shower today too, the staff, food and who experience was fantastic. The owners were so easy to talk to and made everything perfect. Loved the delicious food and would defo book again for future events or just go for lunch/breakfast. All top notch quality and service.

Good food, nice atmosphere, and as long a you keep to the Italian theme when ordering you won’t be shocked by the bill.
