Treated my friend to afternoon tea Thursday 11/11/21. Great value for money. Very friendly service, atmosphere very pleasant. Would definitely visit again.

I came with a friend this week we both ordered afternoon tea, I am gluten free, I asked and they said yes we can do that for you, mine came with a jam and butter on with no scone (which I assumed as my friend had one) and the waitresstook it away as she realised something was missing, and as I was chatting and was trying make sure they brought my afternoon tea back with a ciabatta in place of a scone!!!! Now bear in mind I had a full ciabatta as the sandwich, a full ciabatta as bruschetta and now there’s a ciabatta to put butter and jam on, I’m sorry but no explanation! I couldn’t say anything as I was shocked and I have being GF when dining with friends it’s awkward it’s utter crap and I’m sorry would you eat 3 ciabattas!!! The Gf little pastries I had 2 where delish! The staff where all lovely but what a shame! Come on!

Amazing food and atmosphere with a magician coming table to table preforming incredible out of this world tricks. They had a great selection of gluten free and lactose options perfect for me and my family. Will definitely be coming back again!

Our first visit and we were very impressed. Food was lovely and they made sure all our individual requests were catered for (like our granddaughter's dairy allergy). They seemed to be very family friendly and had a special child menu. The restaurant has plenty of space and so the tables are not crammed together like you get in some restaurants which allowed us to relax even more. I left regretting that I did not treat myself to one of their cakes, which look fantastic! We will need to go back.

I came here with 4 friends, before arriving i was able to change my booking with no issues. The customer service on the phone was excellent, our table was ready 10 minutes earlier than required and the service was exceptional throughout. No complaints, the food was extremely nice, hot in temperature and came quicker than anticipated. I’ve been three times to this restaurant this year and i would definitely visit again.

Top quality food and top quality service at excellent prices. We love eating here and are looking forward to our next visit. The staff are very knowledgeable regarding a gluten free diet and go above and beyond to cater for our every need.

Visited Cafe Italia for the first time yesterday for lunch with a friend. Great atmosphere (thought the music a bit loud though), large selection of food, reasonably priced wine list. Really enjoyed it, especially having coffee on the rear balcony in the sun.. Definitely will add to my regular lunching places.

Lovely food, we’ve been here many many times over the years and we’ll always come back.

Went for the meal on Saturday 7th August, for lunch, The food was very good, specially my husbands seafood risotto. Good atmosphere, and very good value for money, except the dessert of tiramasu, which was a tiny piece, hoped for a bigger piece. But that was the only thing wrong.

Another delicious meal at Cafe Italia. Good service, not expensive, fab food...what's not to like? My only complaint is that it can get a little noisy.
