l really like this place, Cafe Italia, it always has a relaxed atmosphere, even in these troubling times. We went there for a anniversary treat and one of our first in months. Great food , great choices and reasonably priced. The staff are very attentive and friendly and again in these troubling times their Covid protocols are excellent ,always felt safe. Will use again ( after the nearing national Lockdown ).

Excellent food and service as usual. The new layout with greater space between the tables hasn't spoilt the friendly pleasant atmosphere. This is our 'go to' place for a meal or just a coffee and chat. We will continue to be regular customers.

The food arrived very late due to error on their part. We were waiting for good 30 mins till it arrived. After leaving the restaurant, realised they charged us extra £6 for main. I have never experienced this before where a restaurant charges you for something you had never ordered. Disappointed. I won't be going back.

I regularly go to Cafe Italia to meet friends. On this occasion I went with my grandchildren. The attitude of the staff and the service we received was impeccable. The food as always was beautifully presented and delicious. The children felt totally at home and cannot wait to go again. My daughter in law who is very particular has put it on her list. It is also reasonably priced.

I have never had a bad meal here. It’s really fantastic. The kids eat everything too which is rare. There is a little outside patio to enjoy if the weather is good, I’ve been here many times and will continue tue to go back.

My honest review of cafe Italia is that from the moment we walked in and was met by a gentleman I thought “hmm this is going to be fun (sarcasm) as he was miserable, polite but miserable. But I do have to say the waiting staff were lovely, smiley, friendly and attentive. The food was great and could not be faulted at all. We had a lovely time and would go back.

Visiting the area and booked here following recommendations online. What a wonderful evening we had with delicious food; friendly staff and great service. All the current guidelines regarding sanitising and distancing were in place but did not distract from enjoying our evening out. Reasonable prices with a wide selection of Italian food.
