Is good
The Emperor Chinese Restaurant – Burgess HillAVOID. The chicken was under cooked and the staff were quite rude when I complained. There are lots of other nice curry places in Burgess Hill. I like the Asian Rose (good food and polite staff). To sum up. The staff at TAZA were extremely rude and aggressive. Avoid.
Taza Indian Restaurant – Burgess HillHad meal at Royal Spice with my colleagues. fantastic restaurant with very high level of service standards. customer care makes you feel like dining in a five star hotel. lovely meal with great choices. the only drawback is from out side it is difficult to find a restaurant though it is in the heart of city. And ideal place for corporates and decent families.
Royal Spice Indian Restaurant – Burgess Hillvery good food.
Royal Spice Indian Restaurant – Burgess HillI have eaten @ Quench a few times now, either for a celebration (birthday etc) or a meal just for my husband and myself and each time the food has been fantastic. The service is great, lovely atmosphere and you are not rushed..any celebrations we have in the future which entails food, we will definitely be going to Quench to eat.
Quench – Burgess HillRegularly visit Quench either for a drink or for food. Fantastic place with a great atmosphere and really friendly staff. The menu is delicious and varies from light bites or more filling dishes. Definitely recommend a visit.
Quench – Burgess HillThe meal started off well with staff being attentive, ordered food and starters came, good value for money. Main course was a steak which should have been cooked Blue and came med/ rare, side order of vegetables tasted old and fridgey or even recycled. The Wild Sea Bass special was not wild but farmed Sea Bass. Pannacotta was not Pannacotta but baked egg custard, very eggy and there were signs that it had been cooked in the oven(Pannacotta is not cooked in the oven), although the manager told me it was how they did it in Italy. Won't be going again until I hear that they learn how to cook proper Italian food the proper way. Good atmosphere lively and busy, maybe it was a bad night?
Buon Appetito – Burgess HillCame down to visit friends who took us to ask burgess hill. we had a wonderful time, really relaxing atmosphere, great food and service. Will definitely return next time we're down
ASK – Burgess HillI originate from India.. and set off for a meal in Taza Tandoori Restaurant, the lively hood of the restaurant, and the welcoming atmosphere set the mood. The food was excellent and it was like i was eating back home in India. The food was absolute quality in generous portions. I highly recommend Taza Indian Restaurant as it treats customers like royalty. Every Tuesday they have a special Taza night - 5 course meals eating in Restaurant as only £11.95 nearly half price to normal menu. Taza is quality food for a very good value.
Taza Indian Restaurant – Burgess HillMust be one of the most overpriced and disappointing Indian meals I've had in a long time. The restaurant is very smart and upmarket. The food, however, was below average. Many of the curries have similar red coloring so that they taste pretty much the same, even if some have pretty exotic names. The nan was about the size of a quarter plate (i.e. half the size of nans in most restaurants). Example of overpriced: 10.45 for a king prawn jalfrezi, which contained about 5 king prawn and a watery red sauce. Shame, the food does not match the restaurant's appearance.
Royal Spice Indian Restaurant – Burgess HillThe food and service in the Asian Rose is excellent. The family fun time in the early evening is great as the kids can try curry tasters to see which ones they like. The kids menu is very reasonable and the owner makes my kids feel like very important guests when we visit the restaurant.
Asian Rose – Burgess HillHave enjoyed fabulous food on each occasion that I have eaten there. The prices are that of an average curry house but the quality is up there with the best.
Royal Spice Indian Restaurant – Burgess HillSadiq and his family run this restaurant and have done for many years - knowing most of the customers names is just part of the charm. This isn't the sort of place you would know about unless a local told you. If you want a starter the Onion Bajiis are HUGE and you get two of them - perfect to share as my husband and I can rarely eat a starter and main as there is so much food. Would definitely recommend Chicken Tikka Dupiaza with Mushroom rice and the Kulcha Naan is great. Be warned - Sadiq has a wonderful range of his 'lovely ice cream and mangoes' so leave some room! Try the honey pot - yum! Go on give it a go - we love it!
Indian Garden – Burgess HillWe found this place on walk part. It was very nice place, welcoming and friendly. All of us were very pleased with our meal - and enjoyed it so much. We will be going there again.
