I was told order would take 10 minutes, only to be still waitin 40 minutes later - I have no problem with waiting for quality but on arriving home, there was an item missing, one item cold and another burnt. On calling i was told they would deliver some more items but as by now it was late and my children were tired and hungry this was not an option. I was told we could have a credit note instead, however when calling to redeem credit I was told this was not there policy, they were very busy and could not talk to me and continually interrupted me. I was eventually offered 50 of my next food bill but never received a refund for missing item!!!!

We celebrated my husband's 64th at the Golden Palace Restaurant with the family. Had an enjoyable evening and the staff presented us with a birthday cake. It was truly a memorable evening. Highly recommend special occasion and the two private function rooms are great. Very good value with their eat as much as you like menu, freshly cooked as per your order.

we went there for a birthday party for 30 people and we was in a private room with our own bar, it was amazing, we all loved it, had the eat as much as you like menu, the food was very good, the staff were very friendly and nice to chat with and we had a great night at the golden palace, would recommend it to everyone..

I highly recommend this restaurant in Seaford. We came upon it on our recent visit to this seaside resort. The food was excellent and staff very friendly. We love the water feature and our children love the fishes in the garden room.

Sadly i went there today for a special tea but came away unserved and ignored. As usual early season staff are untrained by management
