Ordered 2 sweet and sour chicken balls and both arrived without the sauce. Rang them and they refused to deliver it as they were 'too busy' and said we can have a free one next time... we hardly ever eat chinese and we did not get that in writing either as the manager was too busy to listen or take details so we probably won't get it. Terrible service.

La Passione – KingswoodWent to this place as our usual restaurant was closed. A real stroke of luck!!! Had a lovely meal in relaxed and clean surroundings. Not loud and pretentious like Bottelinos, for instance. The pizzas were GORGEOUS!!! My family had the Etna, Marinara and San Guiseppe. Thin and tasty bases with generous toppings Mmmm!!!! Will definitely come back here for more good food and lovely service. Ciao XX

Jade Palace – Kingswoodi have a very big family and have 3 young children they are not the best behaved and its hard to go to a place where your not embarrassed. la passione is like a second home to me and the staff make me and all me family feel so at home and are very good at keeping my kids entertained. the food is always amazing have never tasted anything as good as what they serve !!!!

Guess that wasn't gonna happen ! This restaurant deserves all the praise after all it's only been around ten months since they have opened and already they have won a lot of customers over from the local restaurants ( I'm one of them ) every thing at bg was spot on and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. I've booked in for valentine for me and my lady . Love the menu they got something different from everybody else , I guess after all they are different then all other restaurants I've visited in Bristol. : ) thks

It's not a wonder they won value for money in the evening post restaurant of year 2011 We will be returning that's for sure , thk you shaz , mushy, sully.

The best Indian food that is available to mankind Is at blue Ginger and it's not just the food ! Everything else is top class aswell. We enjoyed the evening so much. It was my wife's birthday we booked a large table for 25 of us . The guys really decorated our table nicely for us ( no extra charge) plus my wife's dessert was on the house ! Thanks alot guys ! And believe me when I say u made a good customer ( me and my entire family an friends ) if I recommend u to them I promise they all b at your door! See u next week ; )
