The Albion – PortisheadWe a group of 7 adults visited the Albion Pub Portishead Bristol on Sat 2nd of Feb for drinks and a meal following attendance at an internment service, as we were waiting to order food for everyone at 12.00 o'clockWe ordered drinks including tea for two peopleWhen the tea arrived with 2 cups etc on a tray there was only 1 tea bag in the pot . With the amount of water in the pot it was so weak so one of our party asked for another tea bag .The barman then said it will be 1.15 for the tea bag what. ? He'd didn't even offer another pot hot water .I returned the pot of tea which was not fit for purpose and requested a refund of the extra 1.15 he said I had to play for it!???!!!!!!!!I then informed the Barman that we not be using this pub again or recommend it to anyone else We left to find a professionally run place that had customer service and with more pleasant surroundings and people behind the bar who were there to provide a fair and honest serviceI would rather the 1.15 went to charity than to the jobs worth unprofessional pub It would probably explain why there was only one person in a very large pub when we arrived

Spicy Aroma – PortisheadFood was tasty, service was friendly and fast. Atmosphere cosy but lots of space. Huge range of food on menu although the sweet menu could have more choice of lighter sweets, i.e. sorbets, fruit salads etc
