Excellent service from a waitress on her first trial. Nothing was too much trouble and all that was important was our satisfaction with the food and service. Food was excellent too.

Saw an offer on Grapevine and booked for lunch for 8. The view from the circular dining room is fantastic, food excellent. The service was a little slow as it was surprising busy for a midweek lunch time, but we were not in a hurry and the noise levels lessened as the diners left. We will go again.

NO LONGER A HOTEL !!!

Visited Easter Friday as you were recommended for two meals for ten pounds. On arriving found you don't do this on good Friday. While waiting for our food had a look around we were sat by the window and was very disappointed to see that the blinds were filthy as I was sat next to them, this didn't help me to enjoy my meal. The cutlery needed a good clean, the teapot my husband was given was dirty, and the entrance to the restaurant stank of smoke, all in all not a pleasant visit and won't be returning.

Good food - well presented, friendly and helpful staff. Decor very good, everything clean and tidy. Would definitely visit again if in the area.The Curry Monster on behalf of the Whitnash Curry Lovers.

Food was absolutely gorgeous and not overpriced, staff really friendly.

I would not recommend this establishment. The food was poor, the roast dinner looked and tasted as if it was from a ready meal packet, and the prices are over the odds especially for the quality provided.The staff member serving us was very abrupt and unfriendly, and stood in the center of the room watching us eat. We felt very rushed and unwelcome despite being the only customers.

When we arrived car park was empty. We wasn't sure if it was open. We loved the look of the childrens play area however when we walked to the door there was a sign to say it was closed off due to health and safety. We walked in and was greeted by a lovely young lad. He was very polite and smiles . We ordered our food, lasagne salad garlic bread and a mixed grill which was £21 , a children's bangers and mash. When the food came out, the childs meal beautifullly presented. Mine was ok and partners looked huge. The lad came out and asked if everything was ok. At that point I said yes. However I then realised I had no salad and other half had no chicken drumstick or peas . I went to complain and said that I didn't realise at . The gentlemen went straight into the kitchen. The manageress asked the lad what was the problem. After q few moments she came out and hardly made any eye contact with me. Went and spoke to my partner instead. The catering firm has changed the packaging and mix grill no longer contains the drum stick. The chef forgotten the peas. The lasagne, apparently I didn't state I wanted salad although that is what was on the menu. Would you go up and quote every ingredient wanted ? She did ask if we want them and we Saud no. Qite frankly her attitude left a bad taste and like my partner says, of course it's really clean there. They have no customers. I unfortunately won't be going back. Just due to the rudeness. Mistakes happens but when you spend money and don't recieve what you pay for on the menu as stated, why go back ?

ME AND MY WIFE VISITED YOUR PUB RECENTLY WE ENJOYED THE FOOD AND THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. WE ARE COMING TO LIVE NEAR BANWELL AND WE WILL BE COMING BACK TO SEE YOU ALL SOON.. GREAT LITTLE PUB.

We chose this for my mother's birthday for a good vegetarian selection - my mother and brother enjoyed the sea bass and I njoyed the haloumi and aubergine dish - the service was fine and the view is fantastic, especillay at high tide, the restaurant is right on the Marine Lake overlooking the bay, I felt they deserved a writeup - especially as good vegetarian menus are harder to fnd, I live in Didcot and tend to eat Lebanese for just this reason.

long time since we went out to eat curry. Was not disappointed, food very good, service first class. Readers review Nj, top of reviews had the offer days wrong, not tues and thurs, think it is mon and fri.

Very good carvery and interesting menu in the conservatory restaurant. Good price and worth booking at weekends.

This is a very friendly pub with great Sunday roasts available well into the afternoon.You are always made welcome and it is worth booking if you want to go between 12:30 and 13:30

Went to yojis' for my birthday treat last night. As always had the most amazing food. They never fail to deliver the tastiest of food with all the staff happy to help and advise if needed. Love it. Wish I could afford to go more often!!

just been again, four of us. We each had something different. All were superb! Tasty, good to look at and oh so good!! Staff were brilliant, kind,polite and courteous. Lovely experience altogether!!!! 10/10
