A really enormous delicious Sunday lunch! The only reason I gave 4/5 for the atmosphere, was because the dining room was so quiet… but it was a really pleasant place to eat. The waitress was delightful. We will very be coming back for another meal. Big thanks!

Wonderful location, excellent service. We ate looking out over the sea from the atmospheric dining room. Traditional Sunday roasts with v generous helpings. Private parking much appreciated.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rob produced excellent vegetarian meals for me and enormous breakfasts.

The two of us found The Bay Tree Hotel Restaurant to be very friendly and helpful. We had a Sunday Roast (beef) which was delicious. The service was excellent with the staff very attentive. We have the BEST table overlooking the sea with the french doors open - it was wonderful. The relaxed jazz music in the backround was perfect and we even treated ourselves to a quick dance around the tables!! Value for money to was excellent. Thank you!

The meal was really tasty but the portions were more than we could cope with . We did however enjoy a small dessert.

Very pleasant room and excellent staff, we were well looked after and food was delicious - particularly liked the mashed potato. Len the waiter was very attentive and it was great to meet the chef afterwards and see other rooms in this delightful hotel.

We stayed at the Bay Tree Hotel for 2 nights with my elderly parents. Dad wanted to visit the Hornby Visitors Centre which is close by (and well worth a visit). We could not fault our stay. Superb rooms with amazing views. Very friendly staff - Rob the chef was wonderful at producing some amazing meals and Floyd kept us informed and entertained. The Hotel is perfectly located with lots of parking either on site or along the sea front. Far enough away from the noise of the town but close enough for the oldies to potter in for a mooch. We were very impressed with the number of benches for rest stops! We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Thank you.

Lovely place with a beautiful view to the sea. Went for an afternoon tea for my birthday. We were 8 of us and really looked after. Very helpful staff. Lovely brownies and huge scones

Stayed at The Bay Tree Hotel whilst working away and it felt like a home from home. Spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. The food was delicious, healthy and fresh in a calm setting. The chef was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again :)

Had a fantastic family lunch at Bay Tree. Rob, the chef is one of the best. Highly recommended. He also does a fabulous breakfast!

Very well looked after from beginning to end. The Parsnip & Carrot soup was a welcome winter warmer for the both of us. This was followed by a Pan fried Salmon Fillet cooked as ordered and a good sized portion. I had the Vegetarian Curry. I was a bit apprehensive and not quite sure what to expect. It was certainly the right choice and would order this again on our next visit. All in all a great experience in an ideal setting. Rob, the chef, certainly knows his stuff and we would certainly recommend a visit if the opportunity arises. Well done Rob!!!

We have not stayed in Kent previously and looked around for what seemed to be our ideal location and hotel. We were not disappointed as the room was excellent as was the attitude of the owners and staff. The breakfast was genuinely the best I have ever had from any hotel and the evening meal choice and quality was perfect. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bay Tree as a restaurant or hotel.

I was looking forward to afternoon tea that I had organised for 15 of us on arrival at the hotel and waiting in the lounge for others to arrive there was a big pile of dog poo on the carpet that had been there for awhile so that was not a good start I was not impressed with the afternoon tea either

On behalf of the whole family I just wanted to say a huge thank you to The Bay Tree for hosting the wake for our beloved auntie on 29th June. The plentiful buffet was delicious and enjoyed by everyone including the vegans and vegetarians. The reflective music was a nice touch and the icing on the cake was that we could sit on the patio overlooking Stone Bay and reminisce about happy, sunny days spent there with our aunt.

We have been to the Bay Tree Hotel Broadstairs many times and we love it. The staff are absolutely lovely and the food is wonderful. This time it was great to meet their new member of staff Rosie who is a great addition to their team.
