We recently celebrated a family birthday at the Michael Buble tribute evening. The venue is elegant, the food was fresh, delicious, well presented and the service prompt and friendly. The show was great fun. The artist was talented and created a lively atmosphere. Many diners were out of their seats and dancing. The team at The Old Court House thoroughly deserve the 5/5 rating. I can't remember a more successful and enjoyable evening. If we lived in Wales we would be back for more. Many thanks

We celebrated my husband's birthday here on Sunday the 12th November we were the only four people in the restaurant the staff could not have been more accommodating knowledgeable about the venue the food was amazing we had a lovely evening and felt that we had hired the venue just for us

Great, freshly cooked food , and delightful service in a lovely location. We visited late on a wintry Sunday night so there were few fellow diners. But the quality of the food, the friendly, professional service and the stunning historic surroundings made it an evening to remember .

We had a wonderful dinner cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was relaxed with great service from friendly staff.

My husband and I enjoyed a very tasty meal at The Old Courtyard. There was a good variety of dishes to choose from including vegetarian and vegan options and the staff were helpful and informative. Although the building is grand, the atmosphere and the staff were welcoming and relaxed. We definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

The food we had was excellent and we had a great white Rioja. The staff were very good and friendly, but there were very few dinners for a Friday night and it lack atmosphere, don’t know if this is typical??

Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff members, in a congenial atmosphere. Asked about how a specific element had been cooked and received a detailed explanation from the chef: brilliant! Highly recommend this restaurant. 5 for atmosphere as there was no noisy music playing, but a calm and serene feeling - ideal

What an absolute hidden gem. Simply delicious food, both in presentation and taste. (We have never tasted meat so tender). The live entertainment - brilliant! Attention to detail and cleanliness was faultless. The proprietor has put so much into making this an altogether wonderful venue. They deserve to do really well. We had such a Lovely evening.... A delightfully relaxed restaurant - fine dining but with plenty of sides for those who like more bulky portions. Terrific food overall. Friendly and efficient staff. One lady is a musician, primarily a cellist, and a specialist in musical theatre, who quietly entertains diners with gentle standards on the piano. A really good experience.
